This V-belt is a classic A-type with 1 band with an outside diameter of 23" (575 mm), top width of 1/2" (0.5" or 13 mm) and a nominal thickness of 5/16" (0.13" or 8 mm).
This is an A21 V-belt. With an "A" type V-belt, the A stands for an "A" section V-belt or "classic" V-belt that has a top width of 1/2" and a thickness of 5/16". The second component of the style "21" refers to the inside circumference of the belt. For A-section V-belts, the outside circumference is found by adding 2" to the inside length of the belt, therefore the outside circumference of this belt is 23".
This belt is marked A-575. This is the millimeter designation of the outside circumference by the manufacturer.
