This 4" tilting index spacer is perfect for small precision detail work on your mini mill.
It features a micro dial for easy movement of the chuck, a 360 degree graduated ring, and easy backlash adjustment.
The jaws are reversible for inside and outside clamping.
There is a 0.984" hole that goes all the way through the indexer.
The index spacer tilts 90 degrees with a graduated ring and a positive lock.
The chuck diameter is 4.3". The center height is 2.75".
The maximum runout of a 20 mm bar held in the chuck, measured 50 mm from the chuck is 0.08 mm (0.003"). The maximum axial runout of a test ring held on the jaws is 0.04 mm (0.0016").
