This high precision toolmakers screwless vise has a one-piece body. The body and jaws are hardened to Rc 58-62. All sides are flat, square and parallel to 0.0002". There are horizontal and vertical vees on the inside face of the movable jaw to hold round objects.
This screwless vise has slots along the sides so you can clamp it to the mill table with the included Z-Clamps.
The jaws are 1.38" (35mm) deep and open to 3.94" (100mm) capacity.
The vise is 7.48" (190mm) long, 2.83" (72mm) tall, and 2.83" (72mm) wide.
The clamps have an 11 mm (0.43") diameter hole which allows a 3/8" bolt to connect a t-slot nut to the clamp. The 10.5 mm (0.41") clearance above the table is designed for holding vises or rotary tables which have clamping slots.
