Problems, Errors and Defective Items
If you have a problem with your order or an item you received, please fill out a Problem Resolution form. The Problem Resolution form provides the information we need to be sure that your problem is handled correctly.
Any item you purchase from us may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused and in re-sellable condition (subject to our inspection). Before returning any item, fill out the Problem Resolution form to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
We want to meet your expectations in everything we do. Please tell us what you think about our company, products, services, and web site.
